These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grünkurs Berlin website and plant education workshops at Torstraße 126, 10119 Berlin, Germany. By booking a workshop or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Grünkurs Berlin provides plant education workshops including watering instruction, repotting sessions, propagation classes and group bookings. We are a plant education studio—not a nursery retailer, medical facility, wellness provider or licensed healthcare service. Service descriptions and prices are listed on our Pricing page.
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Current prices: Watering Basics Drop-in €35, Beginner Plant Care Class €49, Repotting Evening €89, Propagation Workshop €140, Group Workshop €220, Private Studio Hire €380. Payment is due at booking by card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Bring appropriate plants and pots as specified in your booking confirmation. Handle studio tools and materials with care. Inform us of any accessibility needs before your session. Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.
If you are unhappy with a workshop, contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit where appropriate. Refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to cases where the workshop was not delivered as described.
Website content is provided for information about our plant education studio. You may not copy, scrape or republish content without permission. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
The Grünkurs Berlin name, branding, workshop materials and website content are owned by Grünkurs Berlin. Portfolio photographs of workshops are used only with participant consent.
Plant care advice provided during workshops is educational and specific to houseplant horticulture. We do not guarantee plant survival after you take plants home—that depends on your ongoing care and home conditions. To the extent permitted by German law, Grünkurs Berlin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the workshop in question, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By contacting us or booking, you acknowledge that processing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, with consumers retaining any mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence under EU consumer law.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms for future bookings.
